TEA Adventure continues... Central South Island

Hello world from TEA team!

Since the last post we have been on our 2nd tramp when George took over from Norm and Christy for the next stage of our journey to "Mount Somers Walkway".

After a quick uphill climb and a short walk we had already arrived at the 1st hut. We decided to take a swim in a very very very HOT POOL (actually it was very very very cold). A few of us were crazy enough to take the plunge.

The next day was Leigh Ann's birthday! We had lots in store, including cake, presents and balloons. She may have been wondering why Darren's backpack weighed 18kg compared to the rest of us at between 13 - 15kg.

This week we each played turns at being a skeptic towards the Christian faith by asking tough questions, while the others in the group were to defend and explain their Christian positions.

After tramping we hit the road again and stopped for 2 nights near "Mount Cook"- a place called Twizel. The sights were breathtaking and we gave George a hard time, asking him to "stop the van, we want a picture please".
This is us at Hooker Lake.

So we are sitting here in this Internet cafe just about to head off to Queenstown and my stomach tells me its lunch soon (Chris).

Much love from TEA Team

Jess, Chris, Leigh Anne, Darren, Andrea,Kristina and Ingrid. xxx
